These terms are an agreement between you and YSY Labs ("we") for using the Kinword app. By using the app you accept them.
Kinword helps you learn heritage languages. Some content is free, including the alphabet and the first unit. The rest needs a subscription.
You can use Kinword as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. Keep access to your sign-in method; a guest account that is not linked can be lost if you remove the app. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
Use the app for your own learning. Do not copy, resell or redistribute its lessons, audio or other content, and do not try to break or misuse the service.
We work to make lessons accurate, but language varies by family and region and the app may contain mistakes. If you spot one, tell us at support@ysylabs.com.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before material changes apply. You can stop using Kinword at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
